- Availability — Was the information provided at all?
- Visibility — Was it easy enough to notice for something this important?
- Clarity — Could the intended audience understand the practical effect?
- Timing — Was it shown before the person committed?
- Consistency — Did it agree with the marketing, checkout, terms, and support messages?
